Morning Session:  10am-12pm

Learning the skills of people photography.

This session will discuss the ‘rules’ of photography, when to use them and when to throw them out the window. You will learn the skills and tricks of composition, focus and light used by professionals worldwide. Shelton’s dynamic teaching methods will give you the understanding of what makes a fantastic image and will show you how you can capture brilliant people shots.

Lunch:  12pm-1pm

A light lunch and drinks will be provided, please advise us with any special dietary requirements.

Afternoon Session:  1pm-4pm

Shooting dynamic portraits. This is where you put your new knowledge to practical use. Join Shelton as he guides you around The Abbotsford Convents stunning locations photographing our professional models under a range of different lighting conditions.

What do you need to bring:

· Digital Camera with manual controls - preferably one with interchangeable lenses.

· Memory Cards - we’ll be shooting lots of pictures. So be sure to bring enough memory shoot at high resolution.

· Fully charged batteries - once again, we’ll be shooting lots of images and you won’t want to miss a moment due to flat batteries
